Serena Amoia, a PhD student at IPSP-CNR Bari, had a study visit of 15 days (11-25 June 2022) to FORTH Crete (GR) to perform experiments applying the Recombinase Polymerase Amplification isothermal detection of Xylella fastidiosa in spiked and artificially infected olive DNA extracts. This activity took place in collaboration with Dr Vaia Tsiakalou, under the supervision of Prof. E. Gizeli, project coordinator.
